How to measure your foot length
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall and your weight even on both feet.
- Mark the point on the paper level with your longest toe (this is not always the big toe).
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark, in centimeters.
- Repeat for your other foot and use the larger of the two measurements.
- Match your foot length in cm to the chart above to find your size.
Feet swell slightly over the course of the day, so measuring in the afternoon or evening gives the most accurate result.
